Office Experience

I have experience with office work through my position as Attendance Officer on the Manchester Youth Commission (MYC), a committee of the town government for highschool students to be involved and have a say in local decisions. As a part of this position, I held people responsible for their attendance and sent out weekly reminders about events and meetings. Another important part of MYC is reviewing and grading grants based on their mission statements to impact youth in the Manchester community. In 2023, we were given the responsibility of the bicentennial grants for the upcoming 2024 year.

Another experience I have with office work comes from my job as an office assistant at WUMB Radio. For this position, I organized and maintained products and paperwork. I had also handled credit card payments for subscriptions.
